The Work in Detail
Most engagements begin with a Systems Route Assessment, a structured survey of the hardware, software and human routines that make up the current operation. The survey output becomes the map for everything that follows. Where systems must exchange data, we follow with Integration Cable Runs that connect them through supported, documented interfaces rather than fragile one-off scripts.
When the underlying platforms are past their safe service life, a Summit Modernization Program moves the workload to current, supported equipment in staged climbs. Once the new summit is reached, a Base Station Support Plan keeps the core room healthy through monitoring, patch cycles, verified backups and scheduled on-site attention.
Field and remote sites receive a Weatherproof Monitoring Suite built to survive conditions that would take a consumer device offline by the second storm. Finally, a Dispatch and Escalation Line ties every station to a tested path so that alerts land with someone who owns the fix. That is the whole line, and we run every span of it.
